Refund Policy

DDJ.ai may support paid product access and scoped service orders. Refund handling depends on the product type, activation status, delivery stage, and any confirmed agreement.

General principles

Digital product access

Once digital access, product entitlement, or other non-returnable access has been delivered or activated, refund eligibility may be limited.

Scoped service orders

For analysis, visualization, integration, or other scoped service work, the confirmed quotation, invoice, or signed agreement controls the refund and cancellation boundary.

Case review

Refund requests are reviewed according to the specific product, activation status, delivery progress, and any executed commercial documents.

Typical scenarios

Before activation

If a paid entitlement has not been activated or materially delivered, refund review is generally simpler.

After digital access or service work starts

When digital access has been granted or service work has started, refunds may be partial, restricted, or unavailable depending on consumed scope.

Enterprise collaboration already started

When human service hours or delivery work have begun, the already-consumed scope is normally not refundable.
